Teeth Whitening Berlin-Tegel – Professional Bleaching at the Dentist
A radiant, white smile is no coincidence – it is the result of a professional treatment tailored to your teeth and your wishes. We offer you two proven bleaching methods: the convenient home bleaching with individual trays and the immediately effective in-office bleaching in our practice.

Why professional bleaching instead of drugstore products?
Over-the-counter bleaching products from drugstores in Germany contain only very low concentrations of the active ingredient hydrogen peroxide – too low to achieve truly visible results. Professional bleaching gels, which only dentists are permitted to use, are significantly more effective and achieve whitening of several shades in a short time. At the same time, they are applied under dental supervision, which minimises the risk of hypersensitivity and damage to the gums. Before every bleaching treatment, we check the condition of your teeth and gums – because only healthy teeth can be safely whitened.
Home Bleaching – your result at your own pace
Home bleaching is the gentlest and most frequently chosen method. First, we take a precise impression of your teeth from which we produce individually fitted bleaching trays. These fit perfectly and prevent the gel from coming into contact with the gums. You receive professional bleaching gel in the optimal concentration for you and wear the trays daily for a few hours or overnight – entirely according to your schedule. After 2 to 3 weeks, the result is fully visible: your teeth are several shades lighter, the result looks natural and even. You can keep the trays for later touch-ups.
In-Office Bleaching – immediate result in one session
In-office bleaching is the method of choice when you want quick results – for example before a special occasion. In a session of approximately 60 to 90 minutes, a highly concentrated bleaching gel is applied directly to your teeth and activated by a special light source. The gums are carefully covered and protected throughout. The result is immediately visible: your teeth are noticeably whiter after a single session. For an optimal and longer-lasting result, we often recommend combining in-office bleaching with subsequent home bleaching to deepen and maintain the effect.
What can bleaching whiten – and what cannot?
Bleaching works exclusively on natural tooth substance. Crowns, veneers, fillings and implants do not change colour through bleaching. If you are planning dental restorations after bleaching, we recommend matching the colour of the restoration to the whitened tooth. We are happy to advise you on which method is best suited to your individual situation.
